Employer Branding is a long-standing concept that has found momentum in the interconnected world. It is the process of promoting a company, or an organization, as the employer of choice to the desired target group. One which a company needs and wants to attract, recruit and retain.

 

  • One of the biggest undertakings in HR is recruitment. 

    When we think of recruitment and the process it involves we instantly think about the process such as specifications of a particular job, the action of attracting candidates to apply for that job, screening and selection of candidates, hiring the right candidate and the onboarding of those candidates.


  • As a good recruiter, you not only perform your daily tasks. You also make sure that the company constantly attracts and retains good people by providing candidates who will make a difference. But how does a good recruiter succeed in this? It's probably not just one answer to that question. Below is a list of some of the properties required to succeed.
