Job Description:

Position: PROCESS ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• To manage the operative activities of definition and application of the technologies / manufacturing processes, assuring the availability of the means of production and the definition of the work organization, in order to achieve the objectives of optimization of the technological resources and attainment of the productivity and efficiency targets, in agreement with the continuous improvement plan of the Plant, the IPDP procedures and safety / environmental regulations in force.
• Take part in the product development activities, contributing to the identification of the technologies and production processes required for the industrialization of new projects.
• Managing and preparing investment budget for assigned lines/production areas, draft investment proposals (costs/benefits and comments) and report results reached in terms of efficiency productivity, quality issues in collaboration with Lean engineering.
• Coordinate the preparation of the process investments budgets, contributing to the definition of the necessities and assuring its control and final balance, in order to contribute to the achievement of the results in estimated time under the surveillance of Lean engineering & EPS and Plant Manager.
• Define the technical specifications of the equipment in collaboration with R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Assurance and Lean Engineering in New Product Development, agree with the suppliers, the refinement of the project.
