Headhunting (also known as Executive Search) is the process of recruiting individuals to fill executive positions in organizations. Executive search may be performed by an organization's board of directors, by executives in the organization, or by an outside executive search organization.

  • Once you start a relationship with your recruiter, you’ll no doubt be asking about how long it’s going to take to get results. How long a typical candidate search takes depends on several factors. Although not all agencies follow the same path, at Fischer & Partners Recruitment we follow a particular set of guidelines during candidate searches for our clients. This means that we can deliver an all-around consistent and positive experience.


  • Working with outside recruiters is inevitable at some point in your career. The senior-most searches are often handled by executive recruiters to preserve the confidentiality of the search and to access the broadest pool of candidates. Even mid-level searches or entry-level searches with very specific requirements may be farmed out to recruiting agencies to take advantage of a recruiter’s expertise and network in an area or simply because internal HR handles more of the existing employees, rather than the recruiting.
